Description

Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens is a historic house museum located in Akron, Ohio, built between 1912 and 1915 for F. A. Seiberling, co-founder of the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. The estate features a 64,500 square foot Manor House and beautifully landscaped gardens. Your registration includes a Guided Manor House Tour as well as time to explore the grounds. Our adventure begins with a delicious breakfast buffet at Der Dutchman in Bellville; included. Activity Level 2.

Day Trip registrants receive a confirmation email approximately one week prior to the trip date with final details, including exact departure time.

Activity Levels

Level 1: Minimal walking/standing, may include some steps.

Level 2: Moderate walking/standing, may include stairs and/or uneven terrain.

Level 3: Lots of walking/standing for multiple hours, may include flights of stairs and/or uneven terrain.

Level 4: Extensive walking, more than 5 miles, includes climbing stairs or hilly walkways and/or extended weather exposure.
