This is a beginning class in part one of the traditional Yang Style Tai Chi form. Students will learn basic Tai Chi movements and technique. In addition, student will also learn and practice some Qi Gong set. Wear comfortable clothing and flat-soled flexible shoes. 5/4 class will be held at the Danville Senior Center.
