Description

This class focuses on teaching seniors important principles of self-defense. It includes ways that a cane can be effectively used for self-defense. Not a martial arts class but will inform you of many ways to protect yourself. Use of a cane for self-defense is not mandatory. Loaner canes are available.

Instructor, Jim Donnelly, is a certified Senior Cane Self Defense instructor and also holds a black belt in Shotokan Karate. He will be assisted by senior level cane self defense practitioners. Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes.
