Description
This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
This class includes a short warm up, then shadow boxing followed by core work and stretching. This is a full body workout, including cardio and improves mental sharpness. Beginners are welcome! Bring a mat for floor work. Boxing gloves and one-pound weights are optional.
