Experience simple, low-impact dance moves such as hip shakes, shimmies, and body rolls, all set to uplifting music from diverse genres, at a pace that suits you. This class will have a combination of standing and chair-based movements. This slow-paced workout blends cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, leaving you energized and uplifted.
