Description: The Latin-Inspired dance fitness class is now being taught in the chair for those with limited mobility, but given the choice to stand at any time. Zumba Gold® seated classes, when attended regularly, can help with: muscle strength, Balance, Range of Motion, Flexibility, Mental Awareness & Functioning, Mood, and so much more!

About me: My name is Nora Napier. I began my career as a Zumba instructor in 2011. I started teaching Zumba Gold to older active adults and fell in love with the possibility that I had an impact on their lives through dance and movement.
I became a Group Exercise Instructor in 2017 and I saw an opportunity to incorporate movement, strength, balance and flexibility in one class not only for the active adult, but those with limited mobility, as well.
It is so rewarding and powerful to see participants who could not move well, regain their independence, and confidence and have fun while doing so.
