Description
Zumba Gold is a lower impact, easier to follow, dance fitness class, while keeping with the elements of the Basic Zumba. This class offers high energy, motivating music: made for you routines. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. Perfect for beginners or those getting back into a fitness routine. Gold is not just for seniors but for all ages who are looking for a low impact dance class. Required: loose comfortable clothing & old worn-out shoes.
