This class is for newcomers or any guitarist who wants to develop a solid foundation for making music on the guitar. This class teaches students proper guitar techniques (including fingerpicking and strumming), how to readmusic, musicianship skills, how to practice and play with others. We will play a variety of folk and blues music. Students must bring their own acoustic guitar; all other materials are provided.
