New Adult Brazilian Jujitsu class!It emphasizes using technique, leverage, and body mechanics to control and defeat opponents, allowing even smaller or less physically strong individuals to defend themselves effectively.

Physique Magnifique Gym is co-owned by Jim Wilson and Futaba Takashima . They each have over 30 years of experience in competitive bodybuilding and martial arts.Facility is a full-service faculty- weight training, martial arts, and boxing.They have been community partners with Daly City Recreation in the past.
