Families (parents-kids, relatives), Friends and Senior Citizens will learn self-defense together. How to defend and escape against Strangers attacking. Practice various techniques, etc.* Family and Friends must include one female.*Females (individually) are welcome to join this hour. * Price per person. * Beginner and Intermediate class.Families with Females, Friends, and Seniors learning self-defense together.Beginner and Intermediate class. Bring Water.
