**** PLEASE NOTE THE FIRST TOURNAMENT OF THE SEASON WILL BE IN DETROIT, MI 9/6-9/8/24 ******* The Yellowjackets U10 Squirt Minor team (2015 birth year only) will be competing in the Central States Development Hockey League (CSDHL). At the direction of the Hockey Director, the CSDHL team will be made through an evaluation selection committee during tryouts. Highest rated 2015 players will make the CSDHL team. 2015 players not selected will automatically be placed into the pool of players selected for NIHL 1 and NIHL 2 teams. Individual player ice time is at the discretion of the coaching staff and will be decided with the ultimate goal of improving both YJ player and team development. Like NIHL teams, this CSDHL team can expect to be on the ice 3 to 5 times per week and include off ice workouts and skills sessions with professional coaches. Tryouts are at the end of August, with practices and games beginning in September, ending in February.
