Autumn is the season of changing flavors with the abundance of new tubers and vegetables into the marketplace. The rustic cookery of Tuscany takes center stage here as we dip into those warm and satisfying flavors and aromas. In this class we will explore the cuisine of the countryside and the elements of simplicity. From abundant polenta, to risotti, to fresh pasta and stews, this class delivers the true cooking of comfort Tuscany. What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
