Journey through Roman cuisine to learn about the flavors that this empire has thrived off of since ancient times. My culinary internship was located in Trastevere, Rome, where I learned some of the best cooking techniques and Italian recipes. The best part about Rome is that the people incorporate many ingredients both from the northern and southern parts of the country, making this city the epicenter of gastronomy. What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
