April Pools Day 2023
Join us for the biggest FREE water safety event of the year and tons of fun at the Covington Aquatic Center on Saturday, April 29th 1-3pm!
Event Schedule:
1:00pm-2:00pm – Guided Water Safety Stations
2:00pm-3:00pm – Free Public Swim
Special Event Rules!
- All participants under 6 years old must have an adult in the water, within arm’s reach of them, each participant and adult/guardian must all pre-registered
- Only pre-registered participants wearing their wrist band are allowed on the pool deck. All spectators must remain in the spectator area. If a child needs the be accompanied during the event, the guardian must register to participate.
- All participants under age 15 must complete and pass a swim test to be allowed in the deep end without a lifejacket.
- Upon check-in, participants will receive a Water Safety Passport, Participants must participate in safety stations, and answer the questions inside. Once it is completed, they can return it for a chance to win a prize.
- Our priority is patron safety, no shoulder-riding or rough-play will be allowed anywhere inside the facility.
