About this event

Description

Work on building foundational core and pelvic floor strength as well as whole body fitness. Learn to use your body weight and various moves to challenge yourself safely and progressively, building strength and flexibility with discipline and proper alignment. There will be options to stabilize or challenge, making the class all levels. No experience needed.

You will need the free Zoom app to attend virtually. You will receive an email with your Zoom meeting link the morning of class. Please make sure your current email address is updated in our system when you register.
