We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
All-over-body toning and cardiovascular workout. Aqua Aerobics is a great way to exercise joints and muscles. Water supports joints to encourage free movement, also acts as resistance to help build muscle strength. Class will be held in Lap pool.
There will be no class on January 16th.
This Class will meet in the Lap pool.
