Description
This class focuses on functional fitness for everyday living. Have fun getting fit and strong While improving your your range of motion and balance. Tone your major muscle groups, with both seated and standing exercises Class concludes with stretching to increase flexibility and relaxation/visualization. Instructor will show modifications for seated in a chair option.
