Your favorite cardio and toning exercises are combined into one challenging, power-packed workout. Easy-to-follow moves are demonstrated at various intensity levels, so you can customize the workout to fit your needs. Pump up your workouts and burn fat with a mix of high and low interval training. All moves can be done from floor.
Bring a mat and hand weights. Aerobic step recommended but not required. All moves can be done from floor. No class 1/16, 2/20
