Description
The American Red Cross Lifeguard Review course allows individuals to maintain their Lifeguard certification through a shortened training format. Participants must have a current American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers, First Aid certification (or expired within 30 days). Minimum enrollment is 4.
$125.00 (Residents of Conroe receives a 25% discount)
Participants must be able to:
- Swim 300 yards continuously in a designated order.
- Tread water for two minutes without using your hands.
- Swim 20 yards, dive 7-10 feet, retrieve a 10 pound object, return to the surface, swim 20 yards back within 1 minute 40 seconds.
