This class will offer an introduction to the practice of acro yoga. This will be focused on introducing foundational poses in a safe environment with individualized instruction. No partner is required as we will be working in groups so you can make new friends! There is a $60 Resident Fee/$72 Non-Resident Fee. Want to try this out? $20 drop-in fee. This course is from Jan 18th to Feb 8th.
