In this class, you will learn the basics of creating functional pottery pieces on the potter's wheel. We will cover essential techniques, such as centering clay on the wheel, pulling walls to create a vessel, trimming and finishing, and glazing.
You will also learn about different types of clay and how to choose the appropriate clay for your project, as well as the properties of various glazes and how to apply them to your finished pieces.Activity Age Category
