Blend classic Pilates exercises with yoga movements that focus on strength and flexibility using resistance bands and light weights. This total-body workout is designed to strengthen small muscles (triceps, shoulders, biceps, calves) and large muscles (hamstrings, back, chest) leaving you with increased agility in everyday movements.
