Description
Have fun and move to the music through various exercises designed to increase muscular strength, balance, range of motion, and spine mobility; all essentials to living an active, healthier lifestyle. We'll work your heart with some gentle cardio, plus your facial muscles too, as we share a few laughs during class! Everyone will have a chair for standing and seated support. This class is for all fitness levels. Please bring a set of two or three pound hand weights, and wear comfortable clothes that allow for ease of movement and supportive athletic shoes.
