About this event
Men & Women (Ages 14+) - Beginner - Intermediate (9:00 - 9:55AM): Gymnastics will improve performance in other sports, as well as overall fitness and functional strength. This class provides instruction on tumbling skills including handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, handsprings, and flips. Registration includes 5 class dates between April 15 - May 20, EXCLUDING April 29.
