Men & Women (Ages 14+) - Beginner - Intermediate (9:00 - 9:55AM): Gymnastics will improve performance in other sports, as well as overall fitness and functional strength. This class provides instruction on tumbling skills including handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, handsprings, and flips. Tuition includes 6 class dates: Dec 3, Dec 10, Dec 17, Jan 7, Jan 21, Feb 4 *No classes 12/24, 12/31, 1/14, 1/28
