Designed for seniors, Gentle Yoga is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and includes extended time for meditation, breathing, stretching, and relaxation as well as extended warm up to help people of all fitness levels to enjoy the benefits of yoga. There is a strong emphasis on stretching and low impact movements and includes standing and floor work. *Attendees will need to provide their own yoga mat*
