In this class, the instructor will lead participants in sound healing, utilizing 7 chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls, paired with guided breathwork. Sound healing has been shown to improve well-being and sleep and alleviate anxiety and stress. Instructor: Anamaria De La Cruz.
Pre-registration is required. Activity fee: $87 resident/ $92 non-resident.
