Our focus is on basics to advanced, nuanced wrestling techniques and live wrestling scenarios. Practice sessions are designed to be fast-paced and quick-moving. Instruction is tailored to the athletes of all levels. Participants will learn the techniques of Folkstyle/Collegiate wrestling. This club, open to boys and girls, will cover all aspects of Folkstyle wrestling including rules, scoring, takedowns, throws, escapes & reversals, pinning combinations and skill drills. Coaches: Joe Lor, Alex Rudkin and Josh Amatuccio. CARD Community Center. No program 12/23-12/30. Program will be at CHS mat room 1/3, 1/5 & 1/6 from 8:00-9:30 am.
