Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
County employees will participate in a self-guided 6-week 5K training program to improve their running time at the end of the program. Employees will be given a home workout and train with a group once a week for tips, technique training, and conditioning.
