Energize your body and improve your flexibility as you shake, lunge, and groove to Latin and international dance rhythms. Combining a dance workout with a party-like atmosphere, this class takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba® and adapts it for individuals with disabilities and others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Comfortable clothing, athletic shoes, and water are recommended for this class.Location
