Show your true colors and explore the creative possibilities of watercolors using various painting techniques. From beginner to advanced, artists will learn how to define composition and analyze color in this creative workshop. Students must provide their own supplies. This class is held simultaneously with the in-person option.

Supply list watercolors Optional- Table easel for 14”x11” pad (board under the paper pad is recommended) Drawing paper pad (Strathmore 400 series, 14”x11” drawing) 4B and 6B pencils 1 set of tortillon blenders 1 paper towels roll 1 watercolor pad, size 11"x15" (Canson, 140LB, 30 papers) 1 watercolor 12 paints (tubes) set or more Basic colors: yellow ocher, raw umber, raw sienna, burnt sienna, deep or cadmium yellow, ultramarine blue, deep or cadmium red, Chinese white, ivory black, sap green, viridian green, Payne's grey 1 H2 or HB pencil Sharpener (or graphic X-Acto knife) Eraser (kneaded or white) Wash cloth/towel (2 or more) - smooth, no fabric texture Medium or large size watercolors palette 2 small glass jars Paintbrushes: 1” flat brush Round brushes #10, 8, 6, 4, 3, 2 and 1 Flat brushes: 1/2 “, #4, #6, #8 Filbert: #4, #6 - Or Set of round/flat/filbert watercolors brushes with good quality or varieties Reasonable costs quality brands: Princeton SNAP!, Creative Mark (Jerry’s), Artist’s Lofts Vienna (Michaels, really good quality/ high end product of Michaels) Stores: Michael's, Blick's, Jerry's, Hobby Lobby, Amazon
