Description
Boxing Camp for Beginners
Looking for a total body workout while learning self-defense and one of the oldest known sports? This class will give you all that and more.
This Beginner Boxing Fitness program is perfect for those looking learn self-defense techniques while having fun and getting in some good cardiovascular exercise.
This class will be held at the Tumbleweed Recreation Center located at 745 East Germann Road upstairs in Group Exercise B.
