The Spring Swim Team 8- week program is designed to build on competitive swimming skills with a focus on improving technique, endurance, and speed. Inter-squad meets and time trials will serve as competitive measures. There will be no dual meets. Participants learn lane etiquette, pace clock aides, and additional skills needed to be a member on a swim team. It's a great way to meet new friends, keep kids active, and continue to introduce them to a swim team experience. Prerequisite: Participants must have participated on a swim team previously.
