Therapeutic exercises to strengthen and stretch muscles, especially in the core or "powerhouse". Pilates emphasizes on breathing and helps proper balance and strength. Can be easily modified for all fitness levels.

This class is a walk-in class; available on a first-come-first-serve basis. No registration required. Class is included with a CRC membership; non-members pay a daily admission fee.
