This class is a branch of SHiNE Dance which specializes in low impact and simplified choreography with a focus on stability and safe ranges of motion. All ages and abilities are welcome.

This class is a walk-in class; available on a first-come-first-serve basis. No registration required. Class is included with a CRC membership; non-members pay a daily admission fee.
