Music Makers is an engaging music program led by a certified music therapist that brings participants together through singing, dancing, instrument playing, movement, and the exploration of melody and rhythm. Participants are encouraged to share their favourite songs, express themselves creatively, and connect with others in a fun and supportive environment. Through interactive music-making experiences, Music Makers helps improve communication, enhance memory and cognitive functioning, support emotional expression and regulation, foster social inclusion and teamwork, and develop physical coordination and motor skills, all while celebrating the joy of music.
