Ceramic Open Studios Every Wednesday & Saturday (This reservation is for Saturday Open Studios) - Open Studio time does not include instruction. - Passes are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. - You can view your passes at any point on your Active Account. - Reservation is first-come, first-served until space is full. - When reserving, you will need to indicate whether you are reserving the wheel, handbuilding, or glazing. Reservation/Cancellation Policy Each week you will need to reserve your space 1 week prior to open studio day. You will receive an email every Monday at 12:00 pm notifying you that registration is open for the following week, supplying you with a link to our active registration system. Registration will now be open for 1 week, starting from Monday 12:00 pm – to the following Monday at 11:59 pm. How many passes do I have left? The easiest way to check your remaining passes is to log onto your Active Account and find your registration for your most recent pass purchase. Underneath this registration, you will see your remaining passes. Space is limited to seven students. We will not be receiving reservations over the phone, you must reserve via the Active link that we send out each week. You must cancel by 12:00 pm the Monday before the session date or your pass will be charged, if you do not show up for your class, your pass will be charged. The BAC reserves the right to evaluate each student's skill level at any point. The BAC reserves the right to terminate an Open Studio student if they are not respecting the rules and regulations of the ceramic studio and/or are not showcasing the necessary technique and knowledge needed to work independently in a ceramic studio
