Prerequisite: Completion of Lobster. This class includes "lap swimming". Students must be able to swim 25 yards comfortably. Students continue to refine learned strokes and are introduced to breaststroke, sidestroke and flip turns. This course is taught in the 5-10 foot area of the pool. HOW TO VIEW YOUR FAMILY'S SCHEDULE: 1. Login then click “My Account.” 2. Under “account activity” click on “Family Member’s Schedule” 3. Then you need to enter a date range, select the family members you want to view, and the “available schedule details” (For childcare or swim programs you will want to select “FlexReg” and “Activities” as the “available schedule details”)
