2023 Winter Session 2 Tennis Clinics Session Dates (6 weeks): January 3rd - February 11th. Skip Dates: January 16th. Refunds will not be issued after classes have begun. 4-Player minimum per class, space is limited Contact Ann Marie (x 2113) or Jeff (x 2116) at 370-3471 with questions
- In the event that WCPR must cancel a clinic, you will be notified by the department and will be given the option of transferring your payment to another available class, receiving a credit to your account or to receive a full refund issued by check.
- Should you need to cancel your participation in a clinic, you must notify the department no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the program in order to receive a credit or refund. If sufficient notice is given, you may receive a credit to your account or a refund by check for the full amount of the activity.
- Credits are immediately effective once in your account. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive refunds processed by check.
