Harmonic breathing is a relaxing yet fun way to improve your breathing. Jimbob Baird is a long-time musician, who will help guide you in learning the basics of playing the diatonic harmonica, which mimics pursed lips and deep breathing. This is a hands-on class where you learn at your own pace. One-hour in-person or virtual class sessions are held at a mutually agreed time and are $35 each. Student requirements are a diatonic harmonica, a sense of adventure, and a love of music! Note: Class not eligible for discounts. Students are encouraged to sign up for multiple lessons.
