First Aid Certification Class This instructor-led class focuses on recognizing and responding to a variety of common emergency situations. Participants will learn how to provide basic first aid care, including assessing injuries and illnesses, managing medical emergencies, and stabilizing individuals until advanced medical personnel take over. American Heart Association First Aid certification will be awarded upon successful completion of the class. Certification is valid for two years and meets the requirements for child care providers.
