CPR Certification Class This instructor-led class covers CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) for adults, children, and infants, as well as the use of an AED (automated external defibrillator). Students will gain the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies. Emphasis is placed on providing immediate, lifesaving care until advanced medical personnel arrive. American Heart Association CPR certification will be awarded upon successful completion of the class. Certification is valid for two years and meets the requirements for child care providers.
