Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is a 45-minute full-body progressive strength workout. This is a new 12-week progressive training challenge! Week 12 is a lower-body hypertrophy workout. The purpose of hypertrophy is to build muscle. We aim for moderately heavy weight, lighter than our foundational strength workouts, and aim to hit a higher number of reps. After the warm-up, we prime our body with a tri-set primer, then tempo training and finish with conditioning. You pick your weight selection for all exercises.
