Appliqué is a sewing technique in which pieces or patches of fabric in different shapes and patterns are sewn onto a larger piece to form a picture or pattern. In this one-day workshop, students will design their own patch and learn how to sew it together by hand. All levels welcome; everyone will leave with a patch and the ability to sew it onto another garment (think a cute design for your tote bag or cover the stain on your favorite hoodie!)
