In this expressive art journey, participants will work with the flow of the creative process, allowing them to have a deeper connection to their inner landscape. Through various exercises such as simple writing, image making (drawing, painting, collage), gentle body movement, and making or listening to sounds, participants will be guided on their unique journey of self-discovery while exploring intuition and imagination.
