This exercise class will help loosen up stiff joints, improve strength, balance, and endurance. We will start with a warm-up for your joints, followed by flexibility training using elastic bands and dumbbells for strength training. Workout will include low-impact cardio, balancing, and cool-down stretches to finish the class. Bring water and your own weights and elastic bands if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing and good ankle support sneakers (no sandals please).
