About this event
Run, jump, and roll! Get ready to learn the basics of parkour in this camp. Campers will learn core techniques, philosophy, and practice of Parkour while locking in healthy fitness habits and building a positive relationship with the place they live and learn. Alongside mastering movement, students will explore paths for self-expression, community engagement, and civic participation. Safety is the highest priority and parents must sign a waiver prior to participation. This camp will meet outdoors, rain or shine. Campers should make sure to bring weather-appropriate clothing in order to participate! This camp is taught by leaders from Parkour Visions. Leaders are all highly trained in the fundamentals of parkour as well as how to effectively teach the concepts to students!
