For virtual: Zoom link will be emailed 24 hours in advance.
In-person Location: 3/25 - 4/15 and 4/29 class held in Dance Studio at Bedford High School. Class on 4/22, 5/6 - 5/20 held at Town Center, 12 Mudge Way, Russo Room.
All levels of fitness experience are welcome. Bring a mat or large towel and water bottle.
