Adult Contemporary Floorwork (Ages 18+) This class is designed for intermediate and advanced movers. We will focus on finding weight, momentum, and rebound in the floor. The class will begin with a guided warm-up, then progress to more combinations of movements on the floor. The class may end with a long phrase that builds on the principles in the class, or with a more improvisational exploration.
