Abacus Math Club If you want to help your child or student learn and master the simple steps to mental math, but you are unfamiliar with how an abacus works, our classes and fun methods are the answer you are looking for. Our engaging mental math development classes, the Abacus Math Club under our Mathematicians Jr. line will help you and your child to mentally add and subtract with ease and WITHOUT NEEDING TO USE THEIR FINGERS or CALCULATORS! Once your child starts our learning exercises you will immediately see as your child begins to excel in math using this time-tested learning method. Don’t let your child get behind in math because of faulty teaching techniques used in many schools that are not helping students. General Overview Our levels follow the logic and order of the abacus, therefore our levels target children’s stage and not their age. Level 1 0-9~Introduces Members to numbers, counting, comparing, ordering, bonds, adding, subtracting, and mental math practice focusing on number 0-9. Level 2 10-99~ Builds and continues the skills developed in level 1, and adds place-value, regrouping, multiple-step 2-digit addition, subtraction, and mental math practice focussing on number 10-99. Level 3 100-999~ Builds and continues the skills developed in level 1, and level 2 and adds place-value, regrouping, multiple-step 2-digit addition, subtraction, and mental math mastery.
